Slag Hog

Slag Hog makes it possible to clean support slats quickly and easily, thus ensuring high-quality, risk-free production. Thanks to Slag Hog, the slats no longer have to be disassembled for cleaning, for maximum convenience and time savings. With this attachment, it takes about 15-20 minutes to clean a standard size laser bed of 1500 mm x 3000 mm.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
To remove slag that builds up during cutting, the tool is moved along the bars of a laser system bed. Cutters move on each side of the slat to lift and remove the slag. It can be used on steel, copper or hybrid steel and copper slats. When SLAG HOG™ is not in use it can be transported by wheels and stored upright.

Rhino Hammer

The Rhino Hammer tool makes it much easier to remove micro-jointed parts after the cutting process. This innovative tool uses compressed air as a power source to create an impact vibration and allow the micro-jointed part to detach, leaving the component finished and in perfect condition.
The highlight of this tool is the unique polyurethane component, available in two sizes: Standard, with a diameter of 38 mm and Small, with a diameter of 19 mm.
