Hydroscand was founded in 1969 in Stockholm. The goal was, and still is, to create cutters, pipe peelers, pipe cleaning systems, measuring system and unwinders, accessories, and assembly centers. About 30 years ago, Hydroscand began developing and manufacturing machines for its own production. The main goals were high quality and reliable performance.
